Data protection declaration

The safety of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, DSG, TKG 2003). In the following, we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our work as a service provider in the management of natural resources.

Collection and processing of data

If you contact us, the personal data you provide (e.g. name and contact details) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of further questions. The data processing is carried out by us.

Your data will be deleted if your data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if the storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties (e.g. legal representatives, tax consultants) if this is necessary to defend and assert legal claims, for billing purposes or for technical administration, or if you have given your consent.

Cookies and web analysis

Our website uses cookies for the statistical evaluation of the use of our website. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage to your device.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. This enables us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

Your IP address is therefore recorded.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. However, if cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted. Our website uses functions of the web analysis service "Awstats" for this purpose.

“Awstats” is used and maintained by us.

Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).

If the legality of data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing, which took place on the basis of the consent up to the time of the revocation (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR).

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
